Would like to suggest a merger that allows you to set each belt input at Highest, Middle, and lowest priority and would hold items on a belt from a lower priority until the higher priority belts where clear.

This would be really useful for reducing rolling power spikes; from dormant factories waking up.  I've seen my power grid move like waves, mainly due to lines backing up, and entire factories turning back on briefly whenever a small amount of items are removed.

Use case: I have been stocking up on Reinforced Iron Plates in storage.  When I start making Modular Frames, I make a dedicated RIP to feed it but want to top off with plates from the existing line and storage. But since Frames use less than 2 assemblers worth of RIPs my new RIP chain backs up because it wants to use 1:1 from storage and the new chain.  If I could prioritize the new RIP merger input it would use all of them and only what is needed from storage to keep Frame assembler at 100%
