When a smelter runs out of input resources to smelt, it still animates the smelting process, which would be odd, because there is nothing to smelt.

I'd suggest to make it more clear from the animation (Not the traffic light rod) that the smelter is not smelting ore.

Nevermind, there are some subtle differences when the smelter is active that I did not notice!

August 28th update: We've removed downvotes!
