When I was adjusting the Overclocked bar on an Assembler, I got some Production Times that had six or so significant digits after the decimal (e.g. 19.200001 sec).  This seems more like a floating point division problem than an intentional choice, and can probably be safely rounded to one or two digits.

August 28th update: We've removed downvotes!
