I recently did a play through of the map collecting every loose deposit on the map. I've documented this in the following reddit post: https://www.reddit.com/r/SatisfactoryGame/comments/eg2y8h/loose_deposit_challenge/

I realised through this challenge there are deposits in the game that are  inaccessible (30 total). When looking at the co-ordinates on the Satisfactory Calculator website and comparing it to a relevant object (like a slug) some appear to be hidden behind landscape. Others can be identified by hovering a foundation over where they are supposed to be located, you will receive an object encroaching message. A good example of this is (-55,212 / -103,047 / 2,134) which is in the north of the map, above the cave entrance between the coal and sulfur nodes.

A list of these is below, it's likely there are a couple in this list that I simply missed.

-236,498 / -171,428 / -146

for comparison, maybe you can mark them on a map?  ( if you want to)

https://satisfactory-calculator.com/en/interactive-map#3;5717;84616|gameLayer| is a link to online map which should also display all the loose deposits on 1 layer.
