Poison damage from poison emitting pillars does damage per each individual poison cloud. Standing in an area where two or more poison clouds overlap results in multiple (individually timed) damage ticks (per second/time interval) instead of the normal ~1 tick per second.

Not 100% sure if intended or not, but it seems to me this is likely results from or is linked to parallelization, so submitting this under bugs.

August 28th update: We've removed downvotes!
