Did you try to uninstall the game from the epic client and re-install it again? Perhaps something in your game's files are corrupted somewhere.

My Specs Are

CPU / APU - AMD RYZEN 2400g
RAM - 12 GB

According to this you do not have a dedicated video card? You require some form of dedicated video card in order to play this game. The APU in the Ryzen processors is not fast enough.

I already Played Over 70 to 80 hrs in the Game If There was a GPU Problem That will Happen From The Beginning i Guess

Your problem looks to be very specific with the physics using directx. Possible triggered for some feature, like calculating falling velocity, etc.
Drivers can be messed up by auto-updates (windows included).
I strongly recommend you to update your GPU drivers and directx and check if your physics is being handled by CPU or GPU (and try to switch between them).

I would also suggest adding more system RAM. The APU and onboard graphics use a portion of system RAM for VRAM. The more you build in this game, the more RAM the game uses, and after 100 hours or so 12GB total is going to be over taxed. As  bulinckx stated above, make sure you have current stable drivers for the video. Experience has taught me that experimental drivers and early access games are often a bad mix.
