Overall the new experimental patch has much better performance (thank you! I really appreciate it!), but, while the background lag caused by conveyor calculations is much less, there is a new problem where the games framerate will drop significantly if you are viewing a large number of buildings/machines/devices at once. This seems to be a more significant disparity than was in the previous version.
Overall having the framerates only drop in these significant scenarios (such as when overlooking and entire base) is preferable (please don't revert whatever other optimization took place!), but if there is a fix that could make the game run more smoothly when overlooking large constructions that would be great.
